The NEET UG 2023 examination took place on May 7, 2023, with a participation of approximately 20.24 lakh candidates. However, in Manipur, a separate NEET UG 2023 exam was conducted on June 6 in 10 cities across the state. This exam was specifically for candidates in Manipur, and a total of 8,573 students were scheduled to appear for it. Two separate exam dates ensured fair opportunities for candidates from different regions.

NEET 2023 Toppers
As many as two candidates have secured 720 marks in NEET 2023. The topper names are given below.
- Prabanjan J from Tamil Nadu has secured AIR 1 with a full score of 720.
- Bora Varun Chakravarthi from Andhra Pradesh has bagged AIR 2 with 720 score.
- Pranjal Aggarwal from Punjab is the female topper of NEET 2023 with 716 score.
